ABOUT THE PRODUCTS:
Where is the product made?
- All products are locally produced in the Philippines, and handmade with love by local craftsmen.
Do you allow returns and exchanges?
- We dont do returns but we can do exchanges for a factory damaged product. It has to not have been part of the design or overall look of the product.
(ex. Aged or scratched leather)
- Please send us a photo of the damaged product to our email and we will get in touch with you.
How to best take care of my new TLN product?
- Keep product in a cool, dry place, away from moisture. You may put silica gel inside the bags to help keep moisture out.
Are the products waterproof or resistant?
- Nope they are not, however you may purchase some of those waterproof sprays for fabric use. We are however are not liable for any damage or discoloration due to this.
What other ways can the dust dag be used for?
- The dust bag is actually a versatile piece of fabric. It may be used as a laundry bag, shoe bag, a pouch (for the small size), pillow case. Use your imagination, we would love to see what you can come up with. Feel free to email us. You may (or may not) win a prize.
How often do you re-stock items?
- Depending on how fast they fly off the shelf, though each design will only be produced in limited amounts, so that each nomads bag stays unique.
How often do you come up with new designs?
- When inspiration strikes us, or as often as the seasons change (we believe in the global market), but not when hell freezes over.

How is the product sent?
- For domestic deliveries we use XEND & Fast Track.
For international, we can use DHL, LBC, FEDEX, EMS, & AIR21. Please email us on how to go about it, we will gladly accomodate your request in the most convenient way possible.

If I was missent a product, how do I go about it?
- Please contact us as soon as you receive the missent product via email with an attached photo. We will confirm the order form and ask you to send us the product (we will handle the shipping fee), after which we will then send you the correct product with a bonus treat.
